Sadly, it’s more likely you’re reading this from home or the confines of a work cubicle. We get it—everyday life can blow sometimes. Thankfully, we’re here to try to sprinkle a little joy in your day with another edition of wickedly amazing travel photos that will blissfully transport your mind to a far, far off place.

Located just south of Juneau, Tracy Arm is a 30-mile long fjord that has one-fifth of its area covered by ice. Created by ancient glaciers as they cut into mountain valleys during their move to the sea, this Alaskan treasure is home to Orcas (killer whales!), among other astounding wildlife.

Translated as “Five Lands,” Cinque Terre is a five village area scattered beautifully across the rocky coastal cliffs of the Italian Riviera. The coastline and villages are all part of Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Untouched by corporatism, the area cannot be reached by car—instead, you’ll have to catch a train, boat ride, or hoof it.
