Trash-talking tournament centenarians (Sister Jean!), presidential bust-a-move, Charlize Theron lobbing f-bombs… it’s been a wild month. Below’s some of the best March has offered us!
Red Bull documents Kabul Boys Parkour, a group of friends that, over the course of six years, have taught themselves parkour via online instructional videos and by running through the ruins of Afghanistan’s Presidential Palace. Great interview, great footage, and a reminder that there are substantive pieces still out there on the web.
With f-bombs flying and completely innocent quotes like “How nasty do you want me to get,” how can you not be charmed by this very special episode of “Hot Ones?”
Charlize Theron is absolutely at the best we’ve ever seen her here. If you don’t fall at least a little in love, you’re lying to yourself. (F-bombs really start at around 13:30.)
Clearly time out of office has given George W. Bush further opportunity to polish his dance floor skills. What an animal—we only wish there was more video. (Look to the bottom right below.)
This is just… well, incredible. And that’s not an overstatement. Julien Fernandez, Lucas Laporte, Nico Rebert, Theo Rafael, and Pierre Chauffour braved five-degree weather to hike in 440 pounds of equipment to France’s frozen falls, only to spend five days anchoring and then crossing a 1,400-foot highline across two ice falls in a first-of-its-kind event.
Watch the craziness:
Bizarrely, the city of Sochi in Russia has been blanketed with orange snow the past several days, morphing into an almost Mars-like landscape. The Verge offers the scientific explanation within.

Jalen Rose’s grandma crosses Loyola-Chicago’s Sister Jean. Not sure that was the wisest move, but time will tell.
